I had some free time so i decided to share in a short post my favorite skincare tips , what i’m loving, my non negotiables … i’m listening to common chaos podcast ep , i love it .
My current obsessions / Skincare :
At home facials :
Every sunday i do a facial at home and i love it , it’s like a face detox so i clean my skin with a an oil based cleanser then i use a normal one and i wash for 60 s after that i steam my face i listen to a podcast doing that i saw this method from @telloandrose on instagram , then i do an ice bath facial i enjoy doing this a lot this step will give you a glowy skin , i just need to get a good face detoxing mask next month .
Hyaluronic acid : i love it i use the vichy one i started putting it on the fridge it gives a glow on the skin , so yeah also i put in the fridge my avène thermal water and i will keep doing this more often
Washing my face with cold water early in the morning :
I don’t wash my face with a cleanser i only use cold water it works also ice before applying makeup
Face massage : i will start it this week consistently it’s good for the skin
My non negotiables :
Pilates / low impact movement : i need movement it’s a mood booster for me i said in the previous post i want to start a new program to keep myself motivated i also want to add and try boxing and weights to spice up the routine a bit
Reading articles : i learn a lot i need at least to read 4 articles a day lol
Daily vitamin D ( from the sun ofc )
Sunday reset routine : it is so important for me to prioritise selfcare especially in sunday it’s a selfcare day .

Do you like reading posts about nutrition and health ? i really want to make a full post about it because i’m learning a lot of things lately and i know this will help a lot of people
I think i talked about everything also i love watching skincare , vogue beauty secrets it’s so inspiring also my saved posts and videos
