Interviewing Elisa Bade
On her fall essentials, beauty secrets , wellness journey, Must-Have Beauty Products , favorite podcasts, what she’s currently eyeing and more
Hello angels, I hope everyone is doing great!
Today, I’m excited to share an interview with one of my favorite content creators on TikTok Elisa Bade. I’ve been obsessed with her videos for years; she’s so inspiring, and her style is absolutely mesmerizing. I chose to feature her because I’m genuinely fascinated by the amazing content she shares.
Elisa posts a mix of wellness tips, inspiring advice, and cool photo dumps that I can’t get enough of. I thought it would be incredible to spotlight her in my newsletter, and let me tell you—she’s the sweetest person ever! I hope you all will this interview as much as I did.
If you’re on TikTok, there’s a good chance Elisa has already popped up on your FYP at some point, especially with her “What I Eat in a Day” videos, which I absolutely adore. Her content is truly a source of joy and inspiration.
On her fall essentials :
Fall is the time where my skin gets more dry and needs more care. I do mask throughout the year, always, but during fall, every week. I tried so many but the ones that truly do magic are the ones from Cible Skin! And as for Makeup, I do love the Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trio and the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer.
M : What does your perfect day look like?
E : I used to follow a strict routine (meditation, no phone, gym, work/studying…) but I realized our bodies are smarter than we think and If we listen to our intuition, it tells us what we need to do. I still start my day with meditation (It’s my non-negotiable), taking my supplements and usually breakfast right after. And from there I go with the flow. I obviously do have my to-dos for the day: work, studies, gym, pilates, meeting a friend for coffee, and obviously I cannot schedule meetings as I feel like, but allowing myself the freedom to go to the gym in the afternoon instead of forcing myself in the morning, takes away a lot of stress. As for a perfect day - the little moments throughout the day, make each day a blessing.
On her beauty secret :
Less is more - my mom always told me and don’t start (skincare) too early.
More of her beauty tips shared on TikTok.
M : Love the dopamine menu trend on tiktok , What are some things you do daily to feel good and stay positive?
E : 1. Meditation
Reading
Going on a walk (in nature)
Cooking
Working on (creative) projects
Time with my friends
Her fav podcasts :
Uh I am a huge podcast fan, I love this question:
The mindbodygreen Podcast
The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett
Not Alone - Valeria Lipovetsky
The Debrief - BoF
Networth and Chill with Your Rich BFF
What My Sis Said
M : How do you plan your day? Do you use a specific app, a digital planner, or prefer journaling?
E : Notes App on my iPhone. Usually the night before I write down the things I need to do the following day.
M : What are your top wellness non-negotiables?
E :The mind. Everything is connected to our brain. Our thoughts create our reality. If one does not understand that, putting on masks before sleep, eating healthy, taking supplements — yes, this is all labeled as „wellness“ and „healthy“ but true wellness starts from the mind.
M : I noticed you’ve shared about hormone balancing—could you explain the concept and how it’s impacted your life?
E: struggled with different eating disorders for 5 years since the age of 14. It definitely messed up my hormones. My mom took me to specialists, different gynecologists, I was put on different medications (herbal and synthetic), nothing felt right. I felt awful, headaches, constantly feeling dizzy. Then I got a stroke from one pill. From that moment I realized that is not the way I want to heal my body. I stopped these treatments completely. This is a very vulnerable story but I feel the need to share it. I know a lot of girls are struggling with that. I receive messages of girls asking for advice and I wish I had a person to speak to when I was going through that myself. For everybody going through hormonal imbalance, definitely go to the doctor first and get a hormone test and listen to your doctor first! I know how privileged I am to not have thyroid issues, PSCOs, endometrioses and for a lot of these diseases you need medical treatment. But even with medical treatment you can still support your body. I did lots and lots of research (still do because I am so passionate about it), read books, listen to specialist, podcasts. I realized that by cycle syncing, which means adjusting your lifestyle, the food and workouts to your menstrual phases, by manifestation, the power of your mind, supplements and reducing stress, I could naturally get my period back and balance my hormones. Have better skin, have better hair, have more energy throughout the day. If I was able to do that after 5 years of loosing my period - other people can as well but it all starts with your mind, trust in your body and patience.
On her workout routine :
E : I schedule my workouts based on my cycle:
Follicular: HIIT, cardio, weights, more intense Pilates
Ovulatory: Weights, more intense Pilates
Luteal ((first half): Less intense Pilates, Yoga Workouts
Luteal (second half): Nothing
Menstrual: Nothing
Walking (around 10.000 steps) and Yin Yoga (deep stretching) I do always.
And I also listen to my body, If I don’t feel like working out, I simply don’t. I don’t work out to be in shape, I work out to feel good.
Advice for inconsistent routines: remember how blessed you are to be able to work out! Some people can’t for example due to an injury. You GET to work out, it’s a privilege.
M: What’s your go-to perfume these days?
E: Baccarat Rouge 540 - Maison Francis Kurkdjian
Gypsy Water - Byredo
M : Do you have any bedtime rituals that help you sleep better? What advice would you give for resetting a sleep schedule?
E: Reading before going to bed definitely helps to calm me down. Magnesium. No blue light one hour before going to bed.
If you had to share a mantra or affirmation you live by, what would it be?
M : What’s something new you’ve tried recently that you’re loving—whether it’s a product, habit, or experience?
E : Cabbage - my mom (she is Russian) used to prepare it all the time when I was little. It is super healthy and strengthens the skin (Russian women hack for anti stretch marks haha). I remembered the taste being boring but now I am back on it - steamed with butter, it’s so good!
Oh and obviously cottage cheese - huge obsession of mine recently.
M: How do you stay inspired and creative for your TikTok content? Do you follow specific creators, trends, or routines to keep things fresh
E : Being too much on social media drains my creativity. Sometimes I get an idea when I am in a conversation with someone, or on a walk in nature, on the treadmill. I really just create when I feel like it and that is where my best ideas come from.
On Her Favorite Breakfast or Go-To Meal to Start the Day Right
E : Either rice and egg or Skyr with berries and granola
On her wishlist :
A Juicer for sure! Van Cleef Necklace and I sound so basic, but the Dyson Airwrap.
On her haircare routine :

Serum Bleu - Cible Skin (every other day)
