Hi , I hope everyone is doing well, currently eating a yummy vanila gelato i decided to make this post today because i’m home i’m not busy and i had a productive morning so glad , so here’s the sunday series hope you will enjoy it .

Recently bought rosemary leaves so i can make rosemary water for hair growth , i did it since 2020 now i’m back

Weekly face massages ( need to add it to my daily routine + skin icing
Wavy hair
A beach tip before you enter the beach or the pool put normal water in your hair then when you finish swimming put on your favorite hair mask on wet hair and let it dry you will have the most beautiful waves / curls add some oil / serum for shiny hair .
Outfit repeating ( if you love an outfit wear it many times and don’t think of what other might think .
Turkish sweets and other yummy food .

Health and wellness :
Pilate : I love using resistane bands it’s more challenging and more effective , you get also results with no equipement but when you add your bands the results come quicker , also you shouldn’t forget to eat enough proteins
Also i’m trying different pilates videos and methods ( on youtube or in instagram there’s many videos for free i was so suprised )
Reformer pilates is also good , barre ..
Ihave a wellness pinterest boards and it’s so motivating and inspiring .
I also love when i plan my workouts on google calendar it’s more motivating
Drinking tea : My favorite thing to do before sleeping it’s relaxing and the taste is so good , i really want to try blueberry tea it has many good benefits for the health ( antioxydants …
Eating nutrients dense food
Hot girl walks : I like walking it’s so good last time i had no urge to walk 9k and i did it i just wanted to go to the makeup store lol but i was extremly exausted , after i got many sweets .

My summer wishlist :
what I want the most is to enjoy summer days , stay in the present moment , rebrand , I still didn’t write my summer goals , I already made my bucket list but I should make a new list soon .

Prep with me for a beach day
I just finished Pilates I made a yummy nutritious meal and decided to share a pre prep for a beach day what I do , what’s in my crochet bag ( essentials) , my beauty routine and my current favs So a day before I make a full to do list on my journal , things to take , clothes , essentials …..
For the vacay prep :
Take all my sundresses, mini skirts , maxi dresses and T-shirts with me but I will only focus on what I wear daily I won’t take clothes I never wore before , swimsuit ..
Hair oil , hair mask , mini perfume , shampoo , my crochet bag , a hat ..
Take all my skincare ( the essentials only ) + makeup products
Accessories
Yummy snacks
Wellness : resistance bands , tea box , journal , a book because I know that in all of my vacations there’s no wifi but maybe this time is different lol
Unfortunately, this will be my last post for a while. After much thought, I’ve decided to take a long break. This decision wasn’t easy, as I’ve become so accustomed to sharing inspiring content with you all. However, this break is essential and much needed. I plan to return, possibly in the next semester or fall, entering a new era of my journey or maybe when things get better I’ll come back who knows . Things are changing so rapidly that I need time to process and understand everything happening around me. During these two months, I’ll be reflecting and thinking about my future goals. I’m thrilled that we are nearing 600 subscribers something I never imagined could happen. Your support has been incredible, and I will miss you all so much , i will miss posting every week here . Though I won’t be active on this platform, I will still be around on my other social media , so we can stay connected there. This break is crucial for me to come back better, stronger, and more inspired in the coming months.
Thank you for your understanding and support. I’ll miss you all dearly and look forward to reconnecting soon.
